Domino’s Pizza installed five camera’s in one of their kitchen in Salt Lake City that would allow customers to watch their order being made. The live stream is available 12 hours a day, from 11AM till 11PM (local time), on dominoslive.com. Customers can switch from a camera to another to check the whole cooking process of their pizza and this is part of the Domino’s Tracker program that keeps you informed of the status of your order.
The great Domino’s Live is currently only available in one branch (Salt Lake City, Utah) but, let’s hope more and more branches around the world will get equipped soon. It is a great strategy to offer added-value services to customers and to put pressure on the kitchen employees as they know they’re constantly being watched.
